Flat plate pressure tester. At normal temperature, inject nominal capacity water, tighten the lid, and place the mouth flat between the parallel platens of the testing machine and apply pressure evenly at a rate of 10±3 mm/min. Load up to 1000 N until the pressure is maintained for 5 min.

3 suspension test

At room temperature, inject 1.2 g/cm3 of salt water according to the nominal capacity, suspend the container screw with a lanyard, and lift it off the floor for 5 min. Put down the sample and unwind the lanyard for inspection. Do not allow screw and container joints to occur. crack.

4 sealing test

At room temperature, tighten the cap according to the nominal volume of water. It is placed on a level ground and checked after 4 hours without leakage.

4. Molding process control

1 Because LDPE is insensitive to moisture absorption, it does not need to be dried prior to molding and the original packaging material can be directly used for production.

2 molding temperature control

Due to the relatively thin wall thickness of the soft plastic folding packaging container, the temperature control of the cartridge is required to be strict, because the temperature level directly affects the normal degree of the falling tube. If the temperature is high, the extension tube will have a large extension, which will result in a thin wall thickness of the product. If the temperature is low, the drop tube is hard and difficult to blow, resulting in uneven wall thickness and poor surface finish.

3 Inspiratory time and pressure control
