[Nitrogen blowing method]:
1. Raise the nitrogen blower to the highest position and lock it.
2. Place the sample tube on the sample holder, fix the tube with the sample holder spring, and place the bottom of the tube on the support tray to record the position of the sample. If the support tray is too low, loosen the two set screws on the center ring of the support tray. Raise the support tray until the bottom of the tube is on the tray, no less than 15mm from the positioning frame. Adjust the support tray so that the slits are aligned with the tube. Tighten the set screw again to secure the support tray.
3. Install the stainless steel needle and put it directly.
4. Turn on the nitrogen bottle and adjust the flow meter to supply air to the nitrogen blower. Nitrogen only needs to be opened a little, otherwise the pressure will overwhelm the pipe. Adjust the flow meter to the desired pressure.
5. Lower the needle until the needle is 6 mm from the surface of the solution. Adjustment: Unscrew the lock nut on the gas distribution plate, the needle valve tube can slide up and down, adjust the height, and tighten the lock nut.
6. Open the flow valve for the sample position used. When opening the flow valve, rotate 1/8 to 1/6 turn counterclockwise. Do not rotate too much to prevent the needle nut from falling off. When installing, it should be rotated clockwise.
7. Before concentrating the sample, it is recommended to blow the nitrogen gas for 5-10 minutes to prevent residual impurity gas in the gas path of the nitrogen blowing instrument.
8. Adjust the flow rate required by the flow meter to the nitrogen blower. Begin the nitrogen blow and fine tune the flow rate with the flow valve above the needle. And monitor the supply pressure, no more than 200Kpa. Adjust the flow valve so that the airflow creates ripples on the sample surface, but should prevent splashing.
9. Continuous vaporization until completion. According to the non-dry boundary point requirements, vaporization must be monitored and the sample removed after reaching the desired boundary point.
10. When vaporization is complete, use a clean pipette and rinse the stainless steel needle with one or two drops of solvent.
11. Slide the needle valve up and remove the sample tube from the sample holder.
12. Turn off the air supply after the vaporization is complete.
13. Turn off the flow meter and flow valve.
14. Turn off the water bath power.
