One of the quality standards of the printing plate is the correct transmission of the original picture and text points. The second standard is the printing of the printed plate. The control data is as follows.

(1)Skin pattern data

1 It should be properly sunburned, and the black dots should be equal to one another. The high-quality PS version should achieve 2% small black spots and the 2% fine point losses should be unqualified, and 50% of the intermediate levels should be adjusted to 98% to 99%. The hollow white spots are faithfully restored, and 98% of the small white holes do not stick. The resolving line detection marks show that 6 to 8 μm are incomplete.

(2) The sun print data should be subject to appropriate sunning, in order to improve the printability, control 3% of small dots out, 50% of sun exposure 3% to 5%, 97% of small white holes do not paste, distinguish Line mark detection shows 11μm incomplete.

(3) Quality of Plates Meets Standards

The basic thickness of the 1 plate is basically the same, the distribution of the grains is even, and the thickness is moderate.
